In 2026, each Friday night in the series will directly benefit a different local nonprofit, turning great nights on the waterfront into meaningful support for organizations across our community. Thanks to our sponsors, the impact of Friday Nights on The Landing continues to grow with every event.

Benefitting: Coastal Conservation Association (CCA Virginia)
The CCA Virginia Tidewater Chapter is a local nonprofit, volunteer-driven group focused on protecting and enhancing coastal marine resources and recreational fishing in the Hampton Roads region. It is part of the larger Coastal Conservation Association, a nationwide organization dedicated to marine conservation and angler advocacy. The chapter works to support healthy fisheries and waterways through conservation initiatives, habitat restoration, education, and community engagement. It also hosts events and fundraisers to bring together local anglers, businesses, and supporters who share an interest in preserving marine ecosystems and access to fishing for future generations.

Benefitting: Clean Virginia Waterways
Clean Virginia Waterways is a statewide nonprofit organization focused on improving the health of Virginia’s waterways by preventing plastic pollution and marine debris. The organization works to protect rivers, streams, bays, beaches, and groundwater through education, stewardship, and policy advocacy. CVW promotes practical solutions to reduce litter and plastic waste, supports community involvement in environmental cleanup efforts, and advances science-based approaches to protecting aquatic ecosystems. It also plays a leading role in coordinating coastal cleanup initiatives and developing strategies to address marine debris across Virginia.

The Virginia Institute of Marine Science (VIMS) Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports the work of William & Mary’s Batten School of Coastal & Marine Sciences and VIMS. It exists to generate and manage philanthropic support that helps fund research, education, and public outreach in coastal and marine science. Through donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations, the VIMS Foundation helps provide the resources needed to advance scientific discovery, train future marine scientists, and share knowledge that protects and improves our waterways.

Benefitting: Heroes on the Water
Heroes on the Water is a 501c3 Non-profit that provides Active Duty, Retired, and Disabled Veterans, Police officers and First responders and their families with kayak fishing experiences. This includes a relaxing day on the water and lunch all at no cost to them. We provide a fun safe and relaxing day with family and friends for the heroes that have given us so much.
