For example, the new Albemarle 30 Express can be ordered with Cox Marine diesel outboards which result in 30% more fuel efficiency than comparable gas engines. Opting for a diesel outboard also simplifies the design, operation and maintenance for boats in this class that often have outboard power plus an internal diesel generator—eliminating the need for two separate fuel systems.
Likewise, Cox Marine diesel outboards have garnered worldwide interest from civil and government agencies operating fleets of fast response vessels.
