Andy and Sherry Curtis are thrilled to take ownership of this custom-built Albemarle 41 Express, a project that has been in progress since March 2023. Andy’s enthusiasm for his unique vessel is evident, as he made numerous visits to the Albemarle plant to witness the boat’s development firsthand. With each visit, Andy added new amenities, expressing his gratitude to the workers for their exceptional craftsmanship. Albemarle principals Keith Privott and Burch Perry, impressed by Andy’s positivity and engagement, noted him as one of the most unique customers they’ve ever worked with.
Legasea Marine’s dedicated sales associate, Bart White, has overseen the entire transaction, including the sale of Andy’s Carolina Classic. After undergoing a day of boat orientation in Edenton, NC Andy was joined by Bart to embark on the SweetWater’s inaugural trip from the Albemarle factory to its homeport of Matthews, VA.
